Matthew Berke began his real estate career in 1993 as a licensed sales associate while still attending Wayne State University. From 1999, when he was promoted to Vice President at Beale Group, through 2011 Matt held a primary leadership role as part of the management team, overseeing daily operations as well as staff training and development. In 2012 Matt formed Keystone Commercial Real Estate with the entire sales team and staff of the Beale Group to better serve his clients. Matt received his broker’s license in 2001 and is currently a CCIM candidate. He is active with the International Counsel of Shopping Centers and Commercial Board of Realtors and has received the Costar Power Broker award. Matt continues to work on tenant representation, investment sales and handling selected leasing accounts.

Ryan Kattoo  has been licensed as a real estate agent since 1992.  He began his career with Beale Group in 1995 and in February 2011 he was promoted to Vice President.  Receiving his first degree in business administration at Oakland Community College in 1993, he then continued his education at Walsh College receiving a bachelors degree in1996 majoring in the field of finance.  While attending college, he owned and operated his own business while still remaining active in the real estate field. He is currently a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and working towards a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation.  Awarded Power Broker from the CoStar Group, and now a founding principal of Keystone Commercial Real Estate, Ryan oversees our management division while handling select leasing accounts and investment sale projects.

 

Greg Newman graduated from Western Michigan University in 1995 and has been a licensed real estate agent since 1998.  Greg became a forming partner at Keystone Commercial Real Estate in February 2012. His past experience includes residential property management and fourteen years of commercial brokerage with Schostak Brothers & Company, Inc., Insite Commercial Group, L.L.C. and The Beale Group, Inc., prior to forming Keystone Commercial Real Estate.  Greg is an active member of ICSC and has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker for lease transactions in southeast Michigan.  Greg’s strong focus areas include representing retailers in their site acquisitions, leasing regional and local shopping center space, pre-leasing new retail space and commercial property management.  Additionally, Greg has proven his success in shopping center investment sales representing both buyers and sellers.

Kevin Berke started his Real Estate career in 2007 with The Beale Group, Inc. before collaborating to form Keystone Commercial Real Estate in February 2012. He graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a degree in public speaking and communications, and is a member of the ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers). Prior to his career in real estate, Kevin owned multiple businesses; ranging from wireless stores to novelty shops. His strong focus on tenant representation, and leasing vacant space along with his enthusiasm for business has quickly made him a valuable member of Keystone’s team.

Ryan Duff  has been a Licensed Real Estate agent since 2000 beginning his career at the young age of 21, specializing strictly in retail commercial real estate.  Ryan has established himself as an aggressive agent representing both Landlords and Tenants throughout the metropolitan Detroit area.  As a retail business owner and principal of Keystone Commercial Real Estate, Ryan has the experience, strong work ethic, and determination to be one of the best commercial retail agents in his field. Ryan is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and has achieved the Costar Power Broker award.

Steve Shamoun  started his career with The Beale Group, Inc. in 2000 before joining Keystone Commercial Real Estate in February 2012. Being trilingual, speaking English, Arabic and Chaldean, gives him an edge to communicate with both buyers and sellers of a diverse background and expedite a deal.Steve specializes in landlord representation and investment sales and his past experiences as a business owner gives him a great understanding of tenant needs. Steve is also a member of the Chaldean Chamber of Commerce and ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers).

Crystal Kajy has been a part of the Commercial Real Estate industry since 2000; her experience includes the preparation of leasing and sales documents, as well as handling any and all bookkeeping duties.  She graduated from Oakland University and received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Human Resources Development. She plays an important role in Keystone Commercial’s success.

Lorelei Heinmiller  graduated top of her class from Rutgers University in New Jersey. She has been a licensed real estate agent since 1981 and has also been working within the Property Management business for the past 15 years. Her previous work experience includes being an Office Manager for Harvey Fink Properties/Town & Country Management overseeing all aspects of the Commercial Real Estate business, collections being her strong suit.  Most recently she worked for Nu-Vest Associates before joining Keystone Commercial Real Estate in February of 2012.  She is an invaluable member of our property management division.

Stacey Sheena  began working as an office manager in 2010 joining Keystone Commercial Real Estate at its inception. She continues to be an integral part of the team assisting all of our members with their research and marketing. She helps oversee the company’s strategic marketing plan and coordinates all of the events and conventions as well as the annual magazine. Stacey is also working on her degree from Oakland University.

Shannon Azzo joined Keystone Commercial Real Estate as the office receptionist in February 2012. She assists the agents with any and all administrative duties, including preparing marketing packages, research, and answering a 10 line phone system. She is also working on her degree from Wayne State University. Shannon is dedicated, hard working, and an important member of our team.
